This process uncovers compensations, structural weaknesses, and neural or fascial restrictions that commonly perpetuate pain and limit performance. From these findings we craft a focused corrective plan combining mobility protocols, strengthening progressions, breathing and postural retraining, and lifestyle recommendations designed to restore alignment, reduce pain, and rebuild durable, efficient movement.

Step 4 – Personalized Corrective Plan

We develop a customized plan to resolve your pain, restore efficient, pain-free movement patterns, and reduce the risk of future injuries through targeted corrective strategies and progressive coaching.
